Quality Assurance

Q Shift products have been manufactured with high quality metal and 3D printed components. In all cases, we will be provide service after the point of sale with a future guarantee of spare part availability.

All of our products carry a 2 year warranty (from the date of purchase) against manufacturing faults or defects that might impact the products performance or safety. During this period, Q Shift and its distribution will cover the cost of warranty service labour and spare parts.

The warranty excludes costs pertaining to the installation and removal of products from the users vehicle. Modified installations are not covered under warranty and evidence of an approved warranty registration is required to redeem services covered under warranty. The user should seek consultation from Q Shift before deviating from recommended installation procedure. The warranty excludes cover of operational defects that are attributed to connected components and their mounting hardware not supplied by Q Shift Ltd. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser as registered with us at the point of purchase.

We are committed to building quality products with an optimised lifespan and spare part support. Additive manufacturing and use of recyclable materials allow us to present a product that is devoid of unnecessary waste.
